Taking Time to Smell the Flowers

I decided to take a break from the Etsy shop and enjoy my flowers - before autumn is upon us.  It is hard to believe that it is August already.

Time flies...go out and smell the flowers today.

Boxes/Drawers - Storage/Display

We have quite a few boxes and drawers for sale in our Etsy shop that are great for display or storage.  Whether they are tin or wood, they are perfect for those small collectibles.

This item was on the Front Page of Etsy.

Featuring Gracie's Cottage

I made the trip up to Baraboo, Wisconsin today to visit Jan of Gracie's Cottage who was a vendor at the antique show.  Kathy was there too - both were busy setting up their booth in the humidity and heat.  They have exceptional displays and great merchandise.  Below is a small sampling of their interesting and fun wares.  (Be sure to hop over to Jan's blog, Gracie's Cottage, for a listing of future shows.)

Find Your Cubby on Etsy

This is a continuation of my last post regarding the cubby.  I wanted to feature some that are currently available on Etsy.

Leave No Cubby Empty

Who doesn't love using a cubby for displaying collectibles, storing kitchen and office supplies, and organizing studio bits and pieces? Hang your cubby on a wall, display on a table or set on a shelf. I have them throughout my home and I am always on the search for new ones. Find, fill and enjoy.

Typography

Many of us love the graphic quality of typography, so we intently seek out items with letters, numbers and words.  There are many choices: signs, game pieces, advertising tins, pictures, wooden boxes, single letters and numbers, etc.  Add a bit of spark and style to your home by making room on your shelves and/or walls to display some typography - whether it be vintage or modern.  Maybe it's time to start a new collection...

Fourth of July

Enjoy celebrating the red, white and blue this weekend.  Be sure to check out our Etsy shop for select items that are now 20% off.

Happy 4th of July!!!
