Successful Sale

The Grand Opening of South & Main in Dalton, Wisconsin was a great success.  There was a steady stream of customers and brisk selling all day.  Hats off to Lisa & Company for the wonderful job they did in getting the building ready for the sale and for inviting me to participate. If you missed it, be sure to attend the next sale on December 7th.  Following are some photos from the day...

Elkhorn Flea Market

A recent trip to Elkhorn Flea Market netted some fun finds.  I have traveled to Ohio (Springfield Flea Market), Texas (Round Top) and Iowa (What Cheer) for vintage treasure hunting and still list Elkhorn as my favorite.  It may be that I know the "lay of the land" and some of the great vendors, including Jan of Gracie's Cottage.  Also, I always discover great vintage items at fair prices.  The last flea market this year is on September 29th, so if you are in or near Wisconsin, be sure to stop and shop.

Here are a few photos from the August flea.  I don't have many to share since I was too busy shopping.

And here are photos of some of my purchases, which will be listed in our Etsy shop shortly...

Vintage Sale - Aftermath

It was an absolutely beautiful fall day for our first vintage sale.  Laura (The Ironstone Nest) and I were delighted with the crowd and our sales.  Thank you to everyone who came!!  We really appreciate your patronage.

Watch here for future sales, or send your email address to fresheggsantiques@yahoo.com and I will email you when the next one is scheduled.

Here are some photos just before opening:

Special thanks to Laura who spent so much time organizing and promoting the sale and her husband, Derek, who was busy all day helping us in so many ways.  Also, thanks to Kim for the delicious cupcakes which the customers really enjoyed (we did too).

Hope you can join us at our next sale.
